Portrait of a modern Moriarty

While reading a profile of Karen Matthews and Michael Donovan, the criminal masterminds who decided to kidnap their own daughter and pocket the reward (seriously, how could that have gone wrong?), I came upon this little nugget about the male member of the dynamic duo.

“He changed his name to Michael Donovan, after the star of a 1980s science fiction cult TV show called V, in spite of objections from one of his brothers who is also called Michael.”

There is now tea splutter all over my laptop screen. But it was worth it!
